Thank You for Celebrating Stafford County’s Natural Heritage with Us at Birdhouse.farm!

This past weekend, our Farm-to-Table event was an unforgettable celebration of Stafford County’s natural beauty and community spirit. With the warmth and support of our guests, it became a gathering of friends, family, and neighbors coming together to share in the bounty of local foods and traditions. From the fresh, flavorful dishes to the vibrant company, every moment was enriched by those who joined us.

Honoring Local Producers: The Heart of Our Feast

A big part of this event's success came from the incredible contributions of our local producers. Each ingredient on our table was a testament to the dedication, skill, and care these farmers, bakers, and beekeepers bring to their craft. A heartfelt thanks to the local providers who made this meal a true celebration of Stafford County:

  • Spare Produce Garden – Fresh, seasonal vegetables that brought color and flavor to every plate. Their squash and pumpkins were also a beautiful display for guests.

  • Drach’s Orchard – Crisp, local apples and fruits that brought a taste of fall to the table.

  • Wild at Heart Bees – Honey that added a natural sweetness, straight from our local pollinators.

  • St. John Baking Company – Artisan breads that added warmth and comfort to each course.

  • Wendland Grass-fed Meats – Grass-fed meats that brought quality and sustainability to chili.

  • Hudson Cream Flour – Locally milled flour that was essential to our bread competition.

Your dedication to sustainable, high-quality farming fuels our passion and reminds us why supporting local matters.
