Restoring Nature Alliance

The Restoring Nature Allliance (RNA) is a collaborative network of organizations, individuals, and businesses dedicated to promoting and supporting the re-wilding of natural spaces, including yards, lawns, farms, and unhealthy wild areas. We aim to inspire and empower people to transform their green spaces into thriving, sustainable habitats by showcasing success stories, advocating for best practices, and organizing and celebrating the industry that facilitates these efforts.

RNA has proudly launched the Freedom Not to Mow campaign, an initiative designed to promote the ecological benefits of allowing native vegetation to flourish. This campaign encourages individuals and communities to embrace a more relaxed approach to lawn maintenance by reducing or eliminating mowing, thereby fostering biodiversity and supporting local wildlife. By advocating for more natural spaces, RNA aims to enhance habitat creation, improve soil health, and contribute to overall environmental sustainability. The campaign seeks to inspire people to see their lawns as opportunities for ecological enrichment rather than mere areas of grass, ultimately driving positive change for nature and our communities.
